Ingredients
  • 16 large crimini mushrooms
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • canned crab meat (or fresh depending on what you can get)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients except parmesan
  2. remove stems from mushrooms and add about a tablespoon of mixture into the mushroom
  3. sprinkle on parmesan
  4. bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  5. let cool for a couple minutes and serve
