a really easy recipe for stuffed mushrooms that can be modified to suit different tastes.

Ingredients
- 16 large crimini mushrooms
- 1 package of cream cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- canned crab meat (or fresh depending on what you can get)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- mix all ingredients except parmesan
- remove stems from mushrooms and add about a tablespoon of mixture into the mushroom
- sprinkle on parmesan
- bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- let cool for a couple minutes and serve
