- 10-12 mini red potatoes shopping list
- 1 Tb. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. sea salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges, no more than 1/4 inch thick.
- Place potatoes and all other ingredients into a gallon storage bag.
- Shake until well coated.
- Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (shiny side down) in a single layer.
- Bake for 17 minutes.
- Remove from oven and turn potatoes.
- Bake for an additional 17 minutes or until desired crispness.
- Serve immediately.
