How to make it

  • Heat skillet that has a lid with the oil to medium high.
  • Add chicken either diced or whole.
  • Add onion.
  • Cook chicken and chopped onion till juices run clear and chicken lightly browned approx 7 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and cover.
  • Cook covered for approx 15 to 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
  • Enjoy.
