Ingredients

2 cups cooked shrimp, finely chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup green peppers, finely chopped, optional

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 tablespoon horseradish

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, blend all ingredients thoroughly.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with crackers or baguette slices.

I totally love dips! They can be so fun *and* if I am behind on getting dinner completed, well, I have something that everyone is nibbling on so that I don't feel like I am completely starving the dinner group. Yay! and great dip recipe :D
