Ingredients

1-16 ounce package rotini

1-16 ounce package frozen vegetable of choice (I used broccoli)

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed

1-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook rotini according to package directions, but adding frozen vegetables during the last 8 minutes of cooking.

Drain well.

In a bowl, combine pasta with all other ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a 3-quart baking dish.

Cover with lid or foil and bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with salad and bread.
