Creamy rotini

- 1-16 ounce package rotini shopping list
- 1-16 ounce package frozen vegetable of choice (I used broccoli) shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed shopping list
- 1-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rotini according to package directions, but adding frozen vegetables during the last 8 minutes of cooking.
- Drain well.
- In a bowl, combine pasta with all other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a 3-quart baking dish.
- Cover with lid or foil and bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve with salad and bread.
