How to make it

  • Combine sugar through maple flavouring in the top of a double boiler over medium heat.
  • Stir until smooth and slightly glossy.
  • Add graham crumbs and coconut, blend well.
  • Remove from heat and press into the bottom of a greased 9” pan. Chill thoroughly.
  • Blend butter, maple flavouring and icing sugar, pour over crust and chill completely again.
  • Melt chocolate and butter, spread over all and leave to chill and set completely. Keep in fridge.
