These sound great. It's always a problem finding something to eat in a mall or out shopping that doesn't contain wheat. So these sound perfect..A question? do you mix the egg replacer with water or use it dry?

I prepare the egg replacer in all my recipes unless I state that it's dry. Sorry for the confusioN!

Goodness they sound nice, but as I live in Spain not sure if I can get Craisins (what ever they are) and egg replacer?

Craisins are just dried cranberries and if you don't have an egg replacer and don't have issues with egg you can use a regular egg. Otherwise you can use 1 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 2 Tbsp cold water.

These are fantastic!!! I just started a gluten-free diet & was sad about missing out on granola bars & the like. These are perfect. Thank you!!
