Tangy Thymed up Corn

- 2 c frozen corn kernels (peaches 'n cream best) shopping list
- 1tbsp water shopping list
- 1tbsp butter shopping list
- 1-2 tsp sugar shopping list
- splash of lemon juice concentrate shopping list
- couple sprigs fresh thyme ( strip off leaves),or shopping list
- pinch of dried thyme shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place corn and water in small microwave safe covered casserole dish and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Stir, and add butter, lemon juice, sugar,thyme,and salt and pepper.
- Microwave an additional 2 minutes (depending on wattage of MW), 'til corn is heated through. Stir again and serve.

I love the corn and thyme flavor combination, they are so good together. Peaches 'n cream sounds so much more romantic than "bi-color" corn as they label it in our stores. LOL
