I love the corn and thyme flavor combination, they are so good together. Peaches 'n cream sounds so much more romantic than "bi-color" corn as they label it in our stores. LOL

    To Chefmeow,
I put a comment in the wrong spot. still getting used to how things work here. Peaches 'n Cream corn refers to a type of corn. It is quite sweet and the kernels are two different colors;creamy and yellow. We get a big bag of it here from Costco. Hope you like the recipe! Betty

This sounds yummy. Question: In your ingredient list after the corn you list (peaches 'n cream), is this a brand name? I've never heard of it, so just curious. The recipe sounds decadent.

I can't eat corn without thyme! It's a DELICIOUS combination of flavors! I make a thyme butter and keep it in the fridge for spreading on corn on the cob.
