- 1 filleted Coho salmom, Chinook, Lake trout, brown trout, or Menomeniee ,a mess.<( Theese guys are hard to catch) shopping list
- 1 onion, halved and julienned. shopping list
- 3 tbsps. butter, 1 tbsp. oilive oil. shopping list
- 1tbsp. parsley. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. paprika. shopping list
- 1 lemon, halved and sliced into wedges 1/8 thick. shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt. shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- Fillet fish and debone if fresh caught.
- Make an aluminum foil drip proof pouch to hold the fish and seasonings.
- Salt and pepper both sides of fish.
- place fish in pouch
- Add butter and olive oil
- squeeze lemon over top and place slices on top of fish.
- Add onion slices,paprika, and parsely
- Seal packet and grill on barbeque for about 7 minutes on high heat.
