How to make it

  • Fillet fish and debone if fresh caught.
  • Make an aluminum foil drip proof pouch to hold the fish and seasonings.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of fish.
  • place fish in pouch
  • Add butter and olive oil
  • squeeze lemon over top and place slices on top of fish.
  • Add onion slices,paprika, and parsely
  • Seal packet and grill on barbeque for about 7 minutes on high heat.

    Not sure about the poor man's lobster, but this recipe would make any fish taste great. Good Post! = )

    Sounds like a great camping/fishing recipe to me! Will have to try it with my husband and son as soon as I can!
