Ripe Tomato Jam

- 4 pounds medium ripe tomatoes shopping list
- 4 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoons broken stick cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon whole allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Scald, peel and quarter tomatoes then place in preserving kettle.
- Add sugar, vinegar, cloves, allspice and cinnamon.
- Simmer stirring frequently until thick.
