If you like a bit of Bailey's in your coffee or over some vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, you will love this! I think this has a deeper flavor too.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey (such as Jameson's)
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and set on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
  4. This will keep for at least 2 months.
  5. Be sure to shake before using.
  6. Makes 4 cups.
