This is a very rich and easy mac n cheese to make with lots of flavor

Ingredients
  • ½ pounds Macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon Butter; melted
  • 1 Eggs; beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 cup Sharp cheese; grated

Directions
  1. Boil macaroni and drain thoroughly. Stir in butter and egg. Mix
  2. salt and mustard with 1 tbsp. hot water. Add to milk. Add the
  3. cheese, leaving enough to sprinkle on top. Pour into buttered
  4. casserole, add milk, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350~ for
  5. about 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
