How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix until smooth and drop by tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Now that's different... I have never heard of adding mayo in biscuits but I'm ready to try! My Mother often spread mayo on the outside of the bread before frying grilled cheese sandwiches. Try it sometime, I think you'll like it.
