This is an easy supper dish that my daughter and I enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • French Fries
  • Sour cream
  • Tostitos con Queso Cheese dip
  • Green onions
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix

Directions
  1. Preheat deep fryer, then brown ground beef in skillet. Add 1 cup of water to skillet, and 1/2 cup of salsa for taste. Deep fry French Fries until golden brown (approximately 15 minutes).
  2. Melt 1/2 cup of cheese dip in microwave. Put French Fries onto a plate, then top with ground beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream and diced green onions.
