Joe Schmo Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

Joe Schmo Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe
I always thought of cucumber sandwiches as “fussy food” until my co-worker Marliss introduced me to her version., which she told me were “great with beer, martinis or bloody marys.” May be too simple for some tastes, but I like ‘em!

Yep, they are simple and very good... I use the English burpless cucumbers... Very good!

Me too. They are simple, good and remind me of the Danish open face. The better the bread the better the sandwich. *I might sneak a little onion juice in my cream cheese for a cheat* That's if I feel like being fancy.

Go with the pro. Notyourmomma's onion juice touch adds to this immensely (unless you don't like onion!) Tried tonight and was very happy with the results!

There is something to say for simplicity..sooo good.

WOW...would never have thought of this, especially with beer! Gonna try it!

Hmmm, gonna give these a try, thanks.
