Holiday Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup veg. oil

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

2/3 c. water

3 cups flour

2 1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Combine in mixer the eggs, oil, pumpkin and water; mix well

Sift all dry ingredients together, and add to the pumpkin mixture.

Pour into greased (sprayed) bread pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Use 2 regular size loaf pans or 3 smaller ones.

Great for gift giving!

Just like the recipe my mom gave me, except for the pumpkin pie spice, other than that it's the same ingredients. It's an awesome bread:o)
