Ingredients
  • 1 can garbanzos
  • 2 cloves garlic-or equiv from pre-minced jar type
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil plus more for serving
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • salt (I put 1/3 tsp) to taste
  • water
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Put all items in the blender and puree until smooth-add water slowly to obtain consistancy like smooth applesauce.
  2. To serve spread around dish leaving edge lumped around circumference (like pizza comes out of oven)...so when you pour extra olive oil in center the edges keep it on top of the hommus.
  3. Garnish with extra garbanzo beans
  4. sprinkle top with paprika
  5. Enjoy!
