How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and saute about 3 minutes (do not brown)/
  • Add the Gorgonzola and stir until melted.
  • Add sour cream and stir to make a creamy sauce.
  • Stir in the macadamia nuts.
  • Season with the salt and pepper.
  • Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
