How to make it
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and saute about 3 minutes (do not brown)/
- Add the Gorgonzola and stir until melted.
- Add sour cream and stir to make a creamy sauce.
- Stir in the macadamia nuts.
- Season with the salt and pepper.
- Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
