Cornbread Salad Recipe

This is a yummy little Southern salad. The prep time includes baking the corn bread. I didn't put any cook time as the salad itself is not cooked.

Ingredients
- 1 pan of Mamma's Cornbread recipe, cooled and crumbled
- 1/2 C. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 C. pickle juice from relish
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped,
- 3 C. crumbled bacon
- 1 pint mayo
Directions
- Layer half cornbread, pickle relish, pickle juice, onion, tomatoes, bacon and spread with half of mayo.
- Repeat layers.
- Chill before serving.
