How to make it

  • Whisk half and half, buttermilk and honey together in glass bowl.
  • Let stand uncovered in warm place at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Heat large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add plums and sugar then stir until sugar dissolves about 8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over plums then spoon into bowl and pour honey cream over top.
