Honey Cream Over Spiced Plums

- 1-1/2 cups half and half shopping list
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 pounds ripe plums halved pitted and cut into 3/4" thick wedges shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk half and half, buttermilk and honey together in glass bowl.
- Let stand uncovered in warm place at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add plums and sugar then stir until sugar dissolves about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over plums then spoon into bowl and pour honey cream over top.
