I gave the name to this recipe years ago. This is one of the tastiest and easiest winter meals you can serve. It gets raves every time, so don't ever tell anyone how easy it is. Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean pork roast shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 cup apple juice shopping list
- ½ teaspoon each dried thyme & rosemary or sprig of fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put flour in cooking bag (medium) and stir in apple juice until smooth. Salt and pepper the roast and sprinkle with herbs. Put onion and carrot in bag and place roast on top. Seal bag and punch 6 holes, evenly spaced, on top of bag.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Soueeeee!
