Lazy Shrimp

- 1-1/2 pounds large shrimp, with tails and shells shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh herbs; oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, and parsley are good shopping list
- 1/4 olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons buter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Frank's Hot® Sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- ***For a more "formal" version, use peeled shrimp and serve with rice and spoon some of the pan juices over top of it*** shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350°.
- In a baking dish large enough to hold the shrimp in a single layer, combine the garlic, herbs, olive oil, butter, hot sauce, wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the dish in the oven until the butter has melted.
- Remove dish from oven and stir mixture to blend well.
- Add the shrimp to the baking dish, stirring to coat.
- Bake 5 minutes, stir
- Bake until the shirmp are cooked through, about another 5 minutes.
- Serve with french bread and a salad.

Oh yes! The only thing I do different here, I use Cholula hot sauce! This is a fantastic recipe! yummm thanks for posing!
