Lazy Shrimp Recipe
Super easy shrimp for a casual get together. Pick em' up by their tails and use some french bread to sop up the juices!

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds large shrimp, with tails and shells
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh herbs; oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, and parsley are good
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons buter
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's Hot® Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • ***For a more "formal" version, use peeled shrimp and serve with rice and spoon some of the pan juices over top of it***

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. In a baking dish large enough to hold the shrimp in a single layer, combine the garlic, herbs, olive oil, butter, hot sauce, wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the dish in the oven until the butter has melted.
  4. Remove dish from oven and stir mixture to blend well.
  5. Add the shrimp to the baking dish, stirring to coat.
  6. Bake 5 minutes, stir
  7. Bake until the shirmp are cooked through, about another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with french bread and a salad.

Oh yes! The only thing I do different here, I use Cholula hot sauce! This is a fantastic recipe! yummm thanks for posing!
