How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • In a baking dish large enough to hold the shrimp in a single layer, combine the garlic, herbs, olive oil, butter, hot sauce, wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Place the dish in the oven until the butter has melted.
  • Remove dish from oven and stir mixture to blend well.
  • Add the shrimp to the baking dish, stirring to coat.
  • Bake 5 minutes, stir
  • Bake until the shirmp are cooked through, about another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with french bread and a salad.
