Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

- 16 Medium to large mushrooms shopping list
- fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 pound italian sausage shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove mushroom stems and mince them. Paint caps with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
- 2. Remove Italian sausage from casing and place in a bowl. Add chopped stems, salt and pepper and mix well. Spoon stuffing into mushrooms caps and into rounded shape. Place stuffed mushrooms on lightly greased baking dish. and bake for 15 mins. or untilsausage is nolonger pink.
