Makes a great burrito or tostadas! Perfect with a fresh salsa and you can adjust the heat to suit you by the amount of chipotle peppers you use.

Super dish, absolutely the best soft taco filling. So easy and the house smelled like heaven when we got home from work. It was so easy.

When I made the Cipotle Mango BBQ sauce this morning I opened a fresh can of Chipotle in Adobe sauce. I have a special container for this in my refrigerator because you never use the whole can and they keep forever. Now the container is over flowing so I can't put the top on. This has forced me to find another recipe to cook to use up the excess. I'm a Waste-Not-Want-Not cook so throwing it away wasn't an option. Found your Chipoltle Beef Recipe and so that's whats for dinner. Thanks for coming to my rescue.

I added a photo of the beef which is now just about ready to get shredded. You may notice some carrots in there I added those to reduce the acidity from the tomato a bit. The house is all spicy smelling. Really looking forward to dinner.
Debating on making beef burritos or just toss it on some nice rice. Such difficult choices.
