Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Directions
  1. Sauté onions and garlic then add ground beef and cook until browned then drain off excess fat.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add to ground beef then stir well and heat through.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.

Now would this be similar to the chili sauce they put on burgers and hot dogs in Greek restaurants? It looks yummy and I've been looking for that type of sauce...Thanks,

I think it would be good on just about anything, but I like it on burgers.
