Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onions and garlic then add ground beef and cook until browned then drain off excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add to ground beef then stir well and heat through.
- Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
