Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift together flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Add salt,egg,milk,raisin,sugar and oil.Mix it well so that it becomes a thick batter.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Drop spoonfuls of mixture in the oil (using a tablespoon).Fry until golden on all sides.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
