Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies

- 150 g semisweet chocolate, melted shopping list
- 400 g silken tofu shopping list
- 80 g margarine shopping list
- 150 g brown sugar shopping list
- 150 g blend of soy, rice and buckwheat flours shopping list
- Pinch salt shopping list
- 60 g slivered almonds (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 355°F. Grease bottom only of a 9” pan.
- Using a food processor, beat chocolate, tofu, margarine and sugar until very well blended and creamy.
- Mix flours and salt. Blend into the creamy mixture by hand until just blended.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, cool completely in pan.
