How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 355°F. Grease bottom only of a 9” pan.
  • Using a food processor, beat chocolate, tofu, margarine and sugar until very well blended and creamy.
  • Mix flours and salt. Blend into the creamy mixture by hand until just blended.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes, cool completely in pan.

    sounds really great! I don't use margarine(it's scaaares me) but will have to make these with olive oil.

    Those sound great, most of the vegan brownie recipes I have seen must be served cold, otherwise they taste weird or fall apart. I'll forward this on to my Celiac Dad.
