Microwave Rainbow Pretzels Recipe


MICROWAVE RAINBOW PRETZELS Recipe
This is one of the many things I make for Christmas gifts. They are also good for baby showers.Pink and blue for baby shower; red and green for Christmas.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. white chocolate or almond bark
  • 2 Tbs. light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • food color
  • 50 mini pretzels

Directions
  1. Place chocolate, syrup, butter and water in microwave casserole.
  2. Cover; cook on Medium 4 to 5 minutes or until melted.
  3. Stir.
  4. Divide and tint as desired.
  5. Dip pretzels in tinted chocolate; remove excess.
  6. Place on waxed paper covered rack to dry.

Great idea - i can see these being popular for ANY holiday .
black and orange for halloween.
yellow and green for eastr or spring time holidays . etc.


During the Chriatmas Holidays at Sam's Club they have pretzels that are holiday shaped and make the cutest pretzels to give as gifts in tins to fellow coworkers etc.
