This is a hot and spicy pork chop dinner thats easy to make...Goes good with most any veggie..

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions
  1. Trim fat off pork chops; heat 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet and brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. Saute garlic for 1 minute being careful not to burn it, add to chops.
  3. Combine oil, sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper.
  4. Place chops back in skillet and pour sauce over them.
  5. Cover tightly.
  6. Simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water if needed.
  8. Remove chops to platter.
  9. Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water.
  10. Cook until thickened.
  11. Pour over chops and serve over noodles or rice...
