Easy Spanish Rice

This is a dish that I've made off and on for years, making it easier to prepare, with a much better flavor than what I had as a child. This is also a dish that can use ground beef that has been made ahead of time, making it a very easy meal to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 med box of instant rice (9 serving size) shopping list
- 1 24 oz jar Pace Picante Sauce shopping list
- 1-2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and seasoned with your fave Mexican seasoning mix shopping list
- ¾ of the water recommended for cooking the rice. shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients together in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer. Allow to simmer until rice is tender.
- Serve

I made this and it was realllllllly good and easy! I put some cheese on top the next day for lunch and nuked it ... that was so good too!
