Killer Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine, melted

1 can french onon soup (10-1/2 oz)

1 can beef broth

1 small can of mushroom pieces

1 cup rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients, Microwave approximately 20 min. or till liquid is absorbed or bake at 375* for approximately 40 min.

I bake mine, that's it and it's wonderful! Maybe served with Killer Bread Recipe I just posted.

Seriously it goes with everything, don't be fooled with how easy it is.

I tried this last night and it WAS really easy and tasty. Unfortunately I overbaked it and the rice got mushy :(. I baked it. Will definitely make it again this time keeping a better eye on the doneness!
