Easy Cheesecake Cups

- 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 (large) eggs shopping list
- 12 vanilla wafers shopping list
- (optional): 1 can of pie filling of your flavor selection shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Line a cup-cake pan with 12 cup-cake liner papers
- Grab a bowl and start beating the cream cheese with a mixer. (It'd be easiest if the cream cheese is softened.) Beat the cream cheese until it's fluffy.
- Add the sugar and vanilla to to the cream cheese.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, into each of the cups.
- Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into the twelve cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool, and spoon pie filling of your choice onto top.
- Enjoy.
