Sweet N Sour Slaw

Very tangy slaw that I first tasted at an Amish Market.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoonpepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon basil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine vegetables and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice.
- May add salt and pepper before serving depending on tastes.

This is an awesome coleslaw! Used fresh herbs and didn't have the purple cabbage or the green bell pepper so I left those out. More in the IMI II --------> more
