How to make it

  • Fry salt pork in skillet.
  • Remove salt pork after there is at least 2 tablespoons grease in skillet.
  • Fry onions in grease until translucent then add green beans and garlic.
  • Cook and stir frequently on medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn to simmer and cook 15 minutes longer.
  • Stir occasionally and add water if needed.
