Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place fillets on a ungreased shallow broiler/ baking pan
  • Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 5-6 minutes.
  • Combine spreadable fruit, margarine and mustard
  • Spoon over fillets.
  • Broil 3-4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork
  • ( Do not turn)

    This was very good, but next time I will save 1/2 of the glaze to put on at the very end, because a lot of it ran off in the pan (and it was so good too) :)

    Holy Moly! That was great and easy to prepare! Even my 5 year old loved it...and it's hard to get her to try different things...especially fish!

    Seemed a strange combo, but it is surprisingly good. I used Polaner's sugar free apricot spread and a beer dijon mustard
