How to make it

  • Filling:
  • Cream together sugar and cream cheese, add eggs one at the time, add
  • vanilla and sour cream. Pour flling into crust lined pan. Bake at
  • 300* for one hour. Turn oven off after one hour but leave cake in
  • for 3 more hours. Chill overnight and serve.
  • Some times I use sour cream and fruit pie filling or coolwhip and fruit to add alittle something extra, but this cake is GOOD enough to stand on it's own. You can also if you like add chocolate chips to the filling and decorate the top with chocolate shavings.
