- 1 pound corned beef, chopped (lunch sandwich style) shopping list
- 1 small sourkraut (drained) shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 pound swiss cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup 1000 island dressing shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all of the above ingredients.
- Stuff into a large pumpernickle loaf thats been hollowed out.
- Wrap well in foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Cut the hollowed center pieces to bite size and serve on a large platter with the chuncks surrounding the stuffed pumpernickle loaf.
- You will probably need extra bread to go with this...
