How to make it

  • Preheat over to 425 F, Spray a large baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray
  • On a sheet of waxed paper, combine all seasonings, mix well
  • In small bowl beat egg, margarine, water
  • Slice each half breast into 8 equal chunks
  • Dip each piece into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture
  • Place pieces on prepared baking sheet
  • Bake, turning them once until cooked through and no longer pink,
  • about 15 minutes. Serve immediately
