Baked asparagus

- fresh asparagus shopping list
- bread crumbs (italian or parmesan seasoned are best) shopping list
- paremesan cheese shopping list
- butter (about half a stick softened) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and pat asparagus dry
- Grease a baking pan and line the bottom with the asparagus
- Coat with bread crumbs, paremsan, and pats of butter
- Cover with foil
- Bake for aprrox 30 minutes
- Uncover and bake for another 10 or unitl apsparagus is done and top is golden brown

Always looking for asparagus recipes. This is so close to the way I do mine, I love it....I add a little basalmic vinegar to the butter, gives it a whole new flavor...Thanks...you get my 5

I made this for dinner and everyone loved it. Here are the measures that I used:
2 bunches asparagus (approx 2 lbs)
1/4 c bread crumbs,
2 T parm cheese,
1/4 c butter
I baked at 350F.

Ooh, yummy. I just got some fresh asparagus and was looking for an easy, quick dish. This sounds just perfect. Do you have any measurements, or the baking temperature? :-(
