Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a pot, boil water, add salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  • Blanch asparagus.
  • Set aside.
  • In a wok, sauté garlic till fragrant.
  • Add in the prawns and stir fry till cooked.
  • Add oyster sauce for tasting.
  • Dish and place with asparagus.
  • Serve.
  • Note:
  • I did not add seasonings for asparagus as salt was added when I blanched them.

    Haha ... yes that's bcos my son love garlic too and we will be fighting for it. Yes, the amount of oyster sauce increases aa well.

    you added a lot more garlic to your recipe in the picture, did you increase the amount of oyster sauce in relation to the garlic increase?
