How to make it

  • Day 1 - Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar with electric mixer till smooth. Roll tbls size amounts into balls, place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper - refrigerate overnight.
  • Day 2 - Melt chocolate chips and Crisco together and mix till smooth. Stick a toothpick in each peanut butter ball and dip in the chocolate, leaving a semi circle of peanut butter showing at the top. Replace on wax paper and refrigerate for several hours until chocolate firms up a bit.

    Hey... we already made our tonight before I saw this one! Will have to try.. Here because of the heat.. the pariffin might be needed.. but not sure.

    I love these! I always loved when someone brought them to a gathering, I've never tried to make them. I just might have to since I have seen the recipe, they are usually only a treat at holiday time.
