How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix.
  • Stir in Cheddar cheese, then beer. The mixture will appear mushy.
  • Cover bowl, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, overnight if possible.

    I've made this for years. Can be a little salty but that's not always a bad thing. :-) We like it best with pretzels.
