How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, oil, vanilla and eggs.
  • Blend well.
  • Lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup and level off.
  • Stir in flour, oat bran, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • Blend well.
  • Stir in Rice Krispies® and raisins.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonsful 3 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheets.
  • Store in a tightly covered container when cool.

    I bet this would be superdelicious with some dried fruit added in... raisins or apples! I think I'll convince my husband we need to make these this week!

    I LOVE cookies for breakfast...at least these have a lot of "good for you" ingredients, so I can justify my cookie breakfast!
