Ingredients
  • 3lb chicken
  • flour
  • sat
  • oil for frying
  • (1 in ) piece ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespponscornflour
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teasepoons soy sause
  • 6 green onion

Directions
  1. cut chicken into serving pieces .
  2. coat chicken pieces lightly with flour
  3. fry half the chicken in hot oil until golden brown repetat with rest of chicken. remove from oil drain on paper towl .
  4. pour off excess oil leaving 1 tablespoon in pan.
  5. add peeled and grated ginger to pan saute gently 1 min.
  6. addhoney,stir for 1 min. add combined cornflour & water,
  7. chilli sauce,lemon juice, soy sauce.
  8. stir until sauce boils and thickens.
  9. add chicken toss in sauce for 3 min. add green onion
