French Caper Pate Recipe
An intriguing pate that can be made very easily, and it absolutely fantastic for picnics.

Ingredients
  • 4-5 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled.
  • 1 lb braunschweiger
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 3oz bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4c drained capers
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • French rolls or loaf

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. If this is for a picnic, spread on the bread and then wrap for packaging.
