Ingredients

1and 1/2 lbs ground beef

1 pkg 1.25 oz size taco seasoning

1/2 cup taco sauce

2 15oz size cans of kidney or black beans drained

12 oz jar or 1and 1/2 cups of salsa

1and 1/2 cups instant rice

your family's favorite mexican type toppings such as sour cream

shredded cheeses, lettuce. chopped tomatoes, as well as tortillias, tortilla chips, taco shells ect. depending on how you plan to use the mixture for your meal. My family loves it simply served with dollops of sour cream, and cheese served with chips like a deluxe nacho plate no forks needed.

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain

add the taco seasoning and taco sauce

simmer for five minutes on meduim to low heat

add the drained beans and salsa

bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low

add instant rice and simmer on low for five minutes

Serve in the manner your family will enjoy the most. To use as a party dip dump into a a 9 by 13 baking dish top with dollops of sour cream, chopped green onions and shredded cheese, surround with colorful tortilla chips white ,red, blue makes a nice party dip a big hit at church socials as well.
