Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

¾ teaspoons garlic powder

¾ teaspoons basil

¾ teaspoons oregano

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon sugar -- or more

100g pasta -- cooked

1 ½ cups mushrooms -- thickly sliced

8 cherry tomatoes -- cut in half

½ cup red capsicum -- cut into strips

½ cup feta cheese -- crumbled

¼ cup green onion -- chopped

50g black olives -- whole

½ cup pepperoni slices -- cut into strips

Directions

Mix together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, pepper and sugar.

Add remaining ingredients and toss until all ingredients are well coated.

Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.

Makes 5 cups.

This is not a traditional Greek recipe. I think it was named because of the ingredients in it being typically used in Greek food. It is very popular at bbq's when I make it.
