No Rolling Pin Flaky Butter Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup flour

1/4 cup powdered sugar

THAT'S ALL

Directions

Melt butter in microwave in medium size bowl

Mix flour and powdered sugar in a bowl, whisk to blend

Add to melted butter, mix well

Press into pie plate

Bake in a 325 degree oven until light brown, watching closely

Fill with favorite pie filling

NOTE: It browns quickly. Light brown is best. ENJOY!

I had a friend with 8 children and when she was in a hurry, this is the pie crust she made, she made 5 or 6 pies every two or three days... Bless her heart.. she and the kids loved pies... I gotta try it.
