How to make it

  • Cut carrots into julienne strips.
  • Cover and cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
  • Combine next four ingredients in small sauce pan.
  • Add orange juice then cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Boil 1 minute then stir in butter.
  • Pour over hot carrots to coat evenly.
