This takes 2-3 days for peak flavor, but it's worth the wait. It is a very sharp flavored cheese spread.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sherry shopping list
- 1 tablespoon horseradish shopping list
- 10 ounces cream cheese OR butter, it's up to your tastes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, more to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 3 days for best flavor.
